Long Term Contracts
In our continuous efforts to improve the service to our customers, we are pleased to announce a berth leasing scheme.
We believe that this scheme will address the scarcity of quality berths in the Eastern Mediterranean and provide security in quality moorings for your boat.
This scheme will allow for berth lease of 10,15,20,25,35 years and offer progressive discount rates as shown in the table below:

This offer is limited, extending to 50 berths in the Leros Marina S.A.
P.S. As an example of this leasing scheme, a lease contract for a boat charged 3.000,00€ for one year (VAT included), a leasing contract for say 13 years will be calculated as below :
3.000,00€ * 10 years = 30.000,00€ – 30% discount = 21.000€
plus 3.000,00€ * 3 years = 9.000,00€ – 35% discount = 5.850,00€
Total amount for 13 years = 26.850,00€ (VAT included) instead of 39.000,00€
